This information is needed for the following reasons: to arrange appointments, to ensure we offer you a suitable service and for internal record keeping. If you make an enquiry via this website or phone, we hold these details for one month to allow us to process your enquiry and provide you with a suitable service. If you intend to attend a consultation, we will share your information with the named clinician and your details become part of your record and are kept until you leave our service. We do remove your information a month after received if we have not heard from you or are not able to give you an appointment at this time.

Once you enter our service, your individual practitioner is the data controller for your clinical record.

Taylored Psychology will not sell, distribute or release your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission, we are concerned for your safety or the safety of others including children or are required by law to do so.

Website search queries and results are logged anonymously to help improve the website and search functionality. No user-specific data is collected by any third party and we do not seek to identify any visitors to this site.
